I started working with her at this old familiar spot and later went on becoming supervisor of her growing business. When mom sold her successful chain, I ventured into another line of work, but after being away from the food industry for 6 years I realized that food services was in my blood. It is my goal to start a new tradition by following the lessons taught to me by my mom &amp; dad.
